Project Settings and PyQt [FIXED]

Project settings was not working with PyQt. It was saving out a QString instead of a string. This is now fixed and will be in the next beta release.
This can be fixed if you go to the settings.txt file and remove the QString stuff surrounding the path.
Nobody is probably using PyQt unless you are working with Maya 2013 or running Vetala outside Maya.
