The link is to a dropbox file. It may ask you to create an account. You don't need to. Just exit the dialogue and the download button is on the top right hand corner.
Place the unzipped template in a folder you have set as a project in Vetala.
Make sure the folder has .data and .code under it. If its a folder without .data and .code Vetala won't recognize it.
